Rules & Regulations
At Sejal’s World Resort, we prioritize the health and safety of our guests by maintaining a 100% hygienic environment. Our comprehensive measures ensure complete protection and convenience for all visitors. These include frequent sanitization, mandatory mask and glove usage, social distancing floor markings, and contactless check-ins, check-outs, and payments. Adhering to all WHO and MoHFW guidelines, our highly trained staff is committed to going the extra mile to provide a delightful experience at the best price.
Entry and Tickets
– Entry is restricted to one person per ticket, valid only for the specified date and time.
– Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Prohibited Items and Conduct
– No outside food or alcoholic drinks are allowed inside the park. Intoxicated persons are prohibited from entering.
– All persons, bags, luggage, parcels, and any other items are subject to security checks at the entry point and other locations inside the park as deemed appropriate.
– Guests must show common courtesy to fellow guests and service staff. Offensive language and unsafe or offensive behavior are not tolerated.
– Discipline must be maintained in ride queue areas. Group members are not allowed to join those already in line.
Dress Code and Safety
– Proper attire must be worn at all times. Polyester or Nylon costumes (t-shirts, shorts, bermudas, three-fourths, or swimsuits) are required for water rides.
– Sarees, churidars/salwars, dupattas, formal pants, shirts, burkhas/pardas, school uniforms, denim (jeans and three-fourths), cargos, and indecent attire are not permitted in the water park and certain high-thrill rides.
– Scarves or shawls are not allowed on rides for safety reasons.
– Guests must follow safety instructions from lifeguards, and ride operators, and displayed instructions near rides. Management is not responsible for injuries or accidents due to guest negligence.
– Pools are shallow; diving is prohibited.
– Pregnant women, heart patients, individuals with high blood pressure, and those prone to epilepsy should avoid fast/adventurous rides.
– Parents must supervise their children, who should be accompanied by adults.
– Height and weight restrictions apply to some rides for safety reasons. Guests below or above certain thresholds may not be permitted on specific rides.
Park Policies
– Guests may be required to leave the park before closing time if necessary.
– The management reserves the right to close any ride at any time for safety or technical reasons without prior notice.
– Management reserves the right to cancel tickets and remove any person from the premises for misbehavior or rule violations.
– Smoking is prohibited in common areas. Use designated smoking areas only.
– Higher Adventure Activities are one-time only, non-transferable, and allowed for weight groups between 35kg and 90kg.
– Outside food is not permitted. Jain food is available.
– This is a pet-friendly resort.
Cancellation Policy
– Amounts paid are non-refundable but adjustable within the next booking if informed 10 days prior to the booking date.
– Same-day cancellations will not be adjusted or refunded.
– No date changes or refunds for stays during Diwali, Christmas (Dec 19-25), and New Year (Dec 26-Jan 1) periods.
Prohibited Activities
Without prior management approval, the following activities are not allowed:
– Sale or display of goods/services.
– Distribution of printed materials.
– Brand promotion or unauthorized events.
– Display of banners or other printed materials.
– Commercial photography, videotaping, or recording.
Personal Belongings
– Management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.
Driver Instructions
– Speeding and honking, eating gutka or panparag, spitting, and roaming the campus except in the parking area are strictly prohibited.
